What does it cost to use Home Your Crew?

Requesting options is free. You pay for the housing itself; our fee is built into the quoted rate you approve. The per-bed number on your options sheet is the number on your invoice.

What kinds of housing do you place crews in?

Furnished houses, apartment blocks, aparthotels, workforce lodges, and caravan pitches. The match depends on headcount, market, budget, and how much kitchen and parking your crew needs.

The project just got extended. Now what?

Send your coordinator the new end date. Most extensions are confirmed same day at the same rate. If the property can’t extend, we relocate the crew and handle the coordination.

Can I add or drop workers mid-project?

Yes. Beds can be added subject to availability and released with the notice period in your agreement, typically 7 days.

Who exactly will be staying in my property?

Named, employed adults on a corporate booking, and you get the roster before move-in. The company, not the individuals, signs the agreement and is accountable in writing for the stay.

What happens if a crew damages my property?

Damage responsibility sits with the booking company in the agreement, backed by a security deposit or damage cover written into the agreement. Report it to your coordinator; documented claims are resolved on the timeline in your agreement, not on goodwill.

How and when do I get paid?

A bank transfer from one corporate payer on the schedule in your agreement, typically monthly, in advance. You never collect from individual tenants.
