By using the site you accept them.

Housing placements themselves (rates, dates, occupancy, payment, deposits, cancellation, and responsibilities) are governed by the separate written agreement signed for each booking, not by these terms. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

The website lets crew managers request housing options and lets property owners submit properties for review. Submitting a form starts a conversation: it is not a booking, a listing, an offer, or a guarantee. We do not promise that housing will be available in any market, that any property will be accepted or matched with a crew, or that a response will arrive within any particular time. Response-time figures on this site are targets, not commitments.

Requesting options is free. Where fees apply to a placement, they are set out in the quoted rates or the signed agreement before you commit to anything.

Information you submit must be accurate and yours to give. Property owners confirm they are entitled to offer the property described. You agree not to misuse the site. That includes submitting false or automated enquiries, attempting to disrupt or probe the service, and scraping its content.

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Figures presented as worked examples are illustrative calculations, clearly labelled as not being quotes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Subject to that, the website is provided “as is”: to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content, from interruption or unavailability of the site, or for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from use of the website. Liability connected with an actual housing placement is dealt with in the signed agreement for that placement.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here with its date. Changes apply from publication and do not affect signed agreements already in place.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live; you may bring proceedings there, and proceedings against you may be brought only there.
